Hypnotherapy

Guided meditation to relax and slow the brain from beta brainwaves to alpha brainwaves. This process allows for the subconscious mind to be explored and exposed, allowing exploration of programming, and beliefs.

Root Cause Therapy

Marissa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) technique is used in conjunction with hypnotherapy to allow fast, effective results and healing of the subconscious mind through understanding the root cause of an issue, belief or behaviour.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

The scientific process (neuroplasticity) of rewiring neural connections in the client’s brain to think differently through the use of affirmations, and bespoke complementary audios.

Somatic Therapy

Repressed trauma and emotions are stored in the body. Through somatic therapy, the client is made to explore their feelings within the body to release them.
